Parenting 101
Ms. Mom Companies is in the business of helping you to grow better adults!
We believe this can be done by teaching parents how to build a good, strong, mutually respectful relationship with their children.
With the use of interactive activities and thought provoking classroom discussions, the Parenting 101 Program will compel parents to look inside themselves to:
Discover what love means to them and then learn best ways to show their children that they love them.
We will also, address common parenting assumptions and determine if they are true or possibly appropriate in some situations.
From there, we will then,
- Determine whether or not personal baggage should play a role in parenting.
- Learn what parents have in common with their children.
- Define personal values that can play a significant role in the parenting experience.

Janet has been teaching and developing training programs in a professional capacity for almost 25 years. Her book and this program were written as a result of being lectured by a very idealistic, childless, college grad on how to best raise her children as a single parent.
